In addition, it has specialized staff, a veterinarian who assists 24 hours a day, as well as a full team and supervisors to ensure that the slaughter process meets public health and environmental standards. .
The slaughterhouse can accommodate around 240 head of cattle per hour, depending on the following slaughter line rate: 150 to 200 sheep per hour, 20 cattle per hour and 20 camels per hour.
